First thing that was said was that I should get a new phone, then call -which I had done already and couldn’t hear what was being said / which is why I went to the store. Then I was told to go to apple to have my phone checked. I had explained to the staff that the phone works great except ion my apt. Total waste of time going to this store, not a single staff member out of the four that were standing in front of me said let me take a look at your phone. Seems to me that they just want to sell me a new phone. Dissatisfied!!!!!!!
