They don't care about customer loyalty or what the customer wants/needs! All I wanted was to upgrade my daughter's phone and add a watch which would've cost me an extra $20/month but the guy said he could "get me a better deal" and blah blah blah...... he messed up my whole account and now I'm stuck paying $395 a month! That's almost $200 more a month than I was paying before! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND going with any other phone carrier! Do not waste your time or money with Verizon! By the time you realize they've screwed you over it will be too late!
