    Was scammed into upgrading my plan and adding another phone line “for free” and to set autopay (so I wouldn’t look at the actual bill). I log into the Verizon app after my visit and notice that the new line added is $65 a month and not free like they said. When I raised the issue they said they couldn’t close the line, that I needed to call customer service. Dishonest business practice and incompetent employees. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

    Employees Anthony, Pam and Angel were all extremely helpful, patient, professional, and knowledgeable while I was struggling to transfer my data to a new iPhone. I was in the store for many hours on a busy Saturday, and the CUSTOMERS at this location are pushy, disrespectful, and horrible! The employees took everything in stride even while they were clearly understaffed. Thank you for your help!

    A particularly hostile and aggressive employee works at this Verizon location. When we came in the employee was working with another customer. He told us to wait until after they were finished, which was perfectly fine, but then immediately after asked us a question about our reason for coming into the store. Instead of ignoring the question, which apparently is what we should have done, we began to tell him the answer. Part way through responding to the question HE ASKED, the employee commanded us to (paraphrasing here) ‘wait over there like I said already because I’m with another customer’. When I explained that we were only answering his question and that we would have just kept waiting in accordance with his original instructions had he not re-engaged us, the employee snapped ‘you could have not said anything too’. If you find yourself being told to wait at this location and then get asked a question, be very careful not to speak! If you do dare to answer and this employee is on premises, prepare to be accused that you’ve done something wrong and should shut up.
