- FHFarida Husain6 days ago1.0I would give them -10 if I could. Verizon support team made an appointment at 6 pm for me after they could not solve an issue for 2 hours. This store calls me at 2:46 pm from a number I don’t recognize - and because I missed the call - they go ahead cancel my appointment stating “Sorry you can't make it. If you'd like a new appointment, please reschedule” - Like seriously? So if i miss a call 3 hours before my appointment means I want to cancel my appointment. When I called the store - I am being told it was a courtesy call and because I didn’t take the call - they cancelled the appt. If it was a courtesy then why was an action taken? You can cancel the appointment if I miss my time or if I am late, but not because I missed your call. Such unprofessional- . 13 years of loyalty with Verizon but no courtesy at all to check the account and the issue before canceling the appointment. Where was ur courtesy then?? Terrible Store Terrible Staff.
