Said she would ensure it was fixed by putting the correct phone aside for us. Never did that. Never apologized. We had to go to another store with competent workers to get what we needed. Mgmt was useless and just as unapologetic as Emily. Go literally anywhere else.

At the entrance I was informed that I had to wait for someone from customer service, after 10 minutes of waiting, without being put on a waiting list. When a store representative arrived, I informed him that although we were not on the list, we were waiting first. He was rude when greeting me and told me that I was attacking him for trying to inform him of the situation. and blamed the security guard who greeted us, without him being at fault and being totally respectful. Before leaving we spoke with the manager so that they would not blame the security. Very bad service staff.
