I went to an actual Verizon store so I could get immediate help but ended up being told I can help myself and then was given a paper with a list of phone numbers on it. Why do you have a building with your name on it and then tell your customers I have to call customer support on the phone. Why isn't there in store customer support. I have never heard of such stupidity. No wonder Verizon is losing customers like crazy

They're not really interested in assisting you and they will disappear behind the door to the back while you are needing their help. Through my entire 2 week experience with Verizon I had to file an official complaint with the FCC.
