" .. according to the manager there today. But on that one day he messed up numerous customer's accounts, and cellphone service, by making all kinds of changes and offers with nothing in writing... none of which this store will take any responsibility for. Now, whatever the customer is charged for those changes, is the customer's responsibility, and cannot be reversed. Wonderful. Well.. there's Small Claims Court.
