Person who "helped" us insisted on giving his whole sales spiel even though we told him repeatedly that we knew what we wanted, did not want the proffered add ons he was selling. Moreover, his explanations were dense and incomprehensible. What could have been a simple 15-minute transaction took over an hour. When the final miscommunication occurred, his co-worker and manager got involved, accusing us of "disrespect" in that we attempted to interrupt the salesman's spiel, "because he's doing his job". In other words, we, the customer are required to attend to this lengthy sales pitch, even though we were clearly not interested? We left without buying the replacement phone that we entered intending to buy. It was a completely nasty, unsettling experience!
