- KCKaila CurrierMay 25, 20231.0I went to open a new account. The Verizon rep lied about my plan lied about my bill. He kept walking in and out of the back room. He added all these kinds of charges my bill totaling over $60. Then when I went back to get it fixed the manager Nicholas pretended to help me and took no accountability just gave me excuses as to what happened. He then gave me credits on my bill. Well that’s what I thought instead he changed me a restocking fee of $47 for a device that I never purchased. After 2 hrs on the phone with Verizon. I was given a credit of $142 for all of the extra fees this location added to my plan. Sounds like a lot of money. I only have one phone my bill is supposed to be $88 monthly. Please steer clear of this location. They stole the $200 gift card that I should have gotten for porting over a new line with them. Stay away they are a corporate location which makes it even worse. The manager is in on all of the scamming they are doing. He will pretend to help you.
