    I had an issue with my texting app and I went in and was helped immediately. Everyone there is always ao helpful and walk you through everything and answer all my questions. I have been going there for years and always send all my family there. Thank you Sam and everyone else there for your incredible customer service. You guys really treat people like family

    I went to this Verizon store rather than one closer to my residence as it is listed as a corporate location. I was looking to purchase one new Apple Watch and upgrade another and set up cellular service for both. When I inquired about the watches, an employee told me that they didn’t have much in stock without even checking to see which ones I was interested in. Rather than being helped by someone who clearly didn’t want to do his job, I left. I went to the Apple Store, purchased both watches and after pairing them as intended at home, I ran into an issue with trying to connect cellular service for them. I brought them to this Verizon store and told them to set up a new line for one watch and upgrade one watch to an existing line. Instead, they cut off service on a completely different line, connected the wrong device to the wrong numbers multiple times, and had to have several conversations with customer service on the phone to troubleshoot their own errors. On top of the fact that we were stuck there for over 2.5 hours while the employee couldn’t remedy his mistakes, we saw him on his personal phone watching multiple videos and tending to his personal business while he should’ve been focused on the task at that. To make matters worse, instead of trying to do what we asked him to do initially, he tried to upsell device insurance, a SIM card, amongst other things that we genuinely had zero interest in after we saw how shoddy this customer service interaction was headed. Eventually a manager came over, not with a solution but a semblance of a half hearted apology and seemed to be in a rush bc the store was going to close in 30 min. We had to be on the phone with customer service for hours after that to unravel what the employee did to our acct. He had opened and closed multiple lines and mixed up which lines should’ve been connected w the specific device. We will be going to a different location going forward no matter how much further away it is. The training of their employees at this branch is abysmal at best. We were also not the only customers who seemed to have issues that the employees didn’t seem to have much interest in solving. I expected better from a corporate location, but clearly that means nothing.

    No star if it's let me do it because Verizon Business is a cheater company, I moved from T-mobile to Verizon Business because their online bring your own device $25 off per month discount. Somehow who was helping me his name is Vance from Verizon business customer service and he got lots of technical difficulties I don't know why??? So he transfer all lines to my son's name in consumer account then he transfer it to business account on my name and he promised me I am not going to lose any discount, He said I put all information in notes so I'll never lose discount he just want me to get in as a Verizon customer. They don't care about $25 x 5 lines = $125 off per month till 24 months discount. They said discount will be applied after 2-3 billing cycle but it's been almost 10 months and still never applied and I called every months and they said next billing cycle you'll see discount till 10 billing cycle passed. Now they said after 10 billing cycle we can't honer this discount because Vance transfer my account to consumer account then business account. So I lost today $25 x 5 lines x 10 months = $1250 discount and I moved back to T-mobile. Also they promised me to send one equipment to solve network problem at my home, never received it. Guys T-mobile business has very good deals and best network lot better then Verizon, trust me.
