- FLFrank LeeMay 23, 20241.0Always a wait even though there are Verizon employees sitting around doing nothing. When they do wait on you they usually get it wrong and there are multiple returns to the store for corrections. Go to BestBuy or another retailer for Verizon service, never go to a Verizon Corporate store, especially this one. This store has had multiple opportunities to do better with me over the years and it progressively gets worse. They inadvertently remove features from your bill to keep your price low, then you get a surprise that you no longer have a needed feature. For me it was the removal of the "hot spot" feature that gives me remote internet access. I went to use the feature and I was given a number to call to activate the feature on my new phone. When I called, Verizon told me I no longer had the feature and would have to pay extra for it. I asked why they did not duplicate everything I had on my old Galaxy S to my new Galaxy S as I had requested, of course the answer was "I don't know". If you want to use Verizon go somewhere else, this store only disappoints. Store Manager replied to my post interpreting that my complaint is about the wait. My complaint is more about bad service and mistakes made then it is about the long wait for incompetence.
