- AFAlways FPSJun 27, 20251.0Walked into the storeat 9am. 2 employees and a manager. Both employees were with a customer. Manager stated "we'll get you checked in, I have more employees coming in soon that can help you out, give us like 30-45 minutes if you have something to do and come back' So I leave and come back 40 minutes later (now 9:40) manager greets me again and said employees will be there soon thanks for your patience. Fast forward until 11am the other employees show up and I'm finally helped. I open with, " I'm not the account owner, I'm not changing anything on the account I'm just going to upgrade my phone" Sales rep pitches upgrading the plan, and how much I'm overpaying etc etc. I'm waiting for the account owner to approve something in their email (took 5 minutes) sales rep leaves and goes into the back where he prints out and writes a laundry list of things I have to change on my account. It's now 11:45 and the app isn't working, can't upgrade and I leave with nothing. Went to a different Verizon store the same day and was in and out in 25 minutes. Waste of time and a waste of my entire day, not helpful in the slightest
