- NRNiso RakhimovaDec 14, 20251.0The worst customer service. They always misrepresent prices. The first month’s bill is normal, and then the amount increases without explanation, which is not fair. My wife’s device has not worked for almost a year. When my husband went to the store, they told him they would replace it for free because it was not working, but that was a lie. Every time we go, we are told something different. The employees do not seem to know what they are doing. Instead of helping customers, they constantly try to charge more money. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest available.
