    Let me tell you why you should not use Verizon Fios. I've been without cable or internet service for over 48 hours now. There is an outage in the area. I spent 4 hours in a chat trying to find out what was going on, with no updates, or help. Someone is coming to look at my equipment FOUR DAYS after my service went down. There is no one to complain to or talk to. They literally do not care about you and just want your money. I've been paying for a service I can't use. My upstairs neighbor has Spectrum. She got a text the moment the outage occurred, hourly updates, and her service has already been restored. I keep getting updates that just get moved ahead every 15 minutes with no end in sight, and texts saying my service should be restored at a designated time, but aren't even sent until hours after that estimated time. It's a joke.
