- LKloren KershnerOct 21, 20254.0Signed up at the NY State Fair in2025, the agent said 64.99 monthly for 2 years and after 30 days receive a100$ gift card.If I was not satisfied I could cancel within the first month and receive my first month payment back . Service was not as good as expected and I cancelled and returned the equipment. NO Refund yet! Called customer service in Texas to find out that I got the SHAFT, He did not enter the deal he sold me on . BEWARE. UPDATE!! The agent who I dealt with has been removed from his job. I received a call from Tim and has made arrangements for a refund of my money.Hats off to them for standing by their agreement from a dishonest agent. I greatly appreciate their service and effort to resolve this matter
