- EEEunice EuniceAug 22, 20251.0If I can give them no stars I would they committed fraud I was honored for next day delivery because I work for department of Labor and it was not honored they charged me for delivery for next day and did not refund me back and made me wait 4 days for the device at this point I no longer want a service their customer service representatives are disgusting did not even try to help whatsoever just discontinued me and stop me from talking and just hung up the phone on me I talked to a supervisor the supervisor when I told them that they were breaking a law by not honoring what was told and what was given on the receipt for my order to be delivered the next day they hung up the phone on me I was transferred to 10 different customer service representatives I do not recommend Verizon their customer service is horrible and I will also be filing for a lawsuit for not honoring what was sent to me on the receipt and for not honoring or refunding me my money that I paid for for next day delivery I will also be calling corporate office so all the calls to be reviewed I was lied to I was deceived and I also lost income because of Verizon's inconvenience and not having the customer service together It was so unprofessional even talking to a supervisor I do not recommend anybody getting service from them
