However, it is incredibly unfortunate how disgustingly useless it is attempting to contact verizon customer support, and disgusting how all technical support is locked to incompetent jerks who couldn't care less about their customers. I'm sick of trying to call the customer support only to be stuck in an endless loop with a damn AI who keeps saying the online assistant can help. Great store, great employees, but the online and mobile support sucks. No issues with the location, nor employees there. Give this location the access and ability to unlock phones, and provide the same level of service as the technical support agents.
