TOLD them the reason I wanted that info too and both told me only 860$. I’m writing this bc I’m now -900$ EXTRA bc apparently I was on a special contract and since I’m switching it’s no longer valid. Which I get IF THEY DISCOLSED TO ME BEFORE LEAVING!!!!!!!!!!! This is so messed up I can’t believe they’re scamming people like this, I wouldn’t have left if that info was told. (Not this location VERIZON SUPPORTin general is HORRIBLE)
