The employees pushed me into a business account, all my lines went inactive due to their mistakes making the account, they did nothing to make up for it, cost me thousands on a business trip, lied about the device they sold me, the newer S24 ultra is significantly worse than the older model. My friends still have that phone and it out performs the newer model. Do not trust these employees, do not go to this location, 5-10 minutes away there is another Verizon with employees who are not miserable with their job and do as little as possible for the customer.
