After wasted time at the store and many hours wasted talking to customer support they were finally able to give me the trade in credit for my old device. 2 stars - they didn't resolve my issue but at least they were nice.
- ALAsk For Quentin LMar 9, 20245.0Byrant and Santos were much help in my transition from AT&T. It has been a little rocky (though some on my end), but they were great in their customer sercive and their Knowledge. What I appreciated the most was their willingess to fit the customer with the right product, and not try to oversell an item. They took personal time with me and gave me good recomendations for instance waiting for Verizon customer service to complete their tasks before I purchase the Ipad and watch to not cause any confusion. That right there made me feel that I can trust Verizon, these two reps, and my local store itself. Thanks for that. However I did notice a couple things with a couple other reps at the store(only because I have been told I "notice everything") that have to mention. When a customer asks for the name of the genral manager as I did after being being helped by someone other than my guys Byrant and Santos, there is probably a reason. Please don't take it non-chalantly seemingly like there is no care from receiving my request. There is probably a reason why. Clearly something was not right with service perform to me the customer. Almost 4 stars but I will go with the 5 stars. I did get Mr. Olivo contact info though. Now its water under the bridge.
