- IHIrene HutchisonDec 16, 20251.0Upgraded phone and started on the Gateway. We were told phone and Gateway router would have to be delivered. We were instructed to drop off the trade in at a local store and provided us this office. We checked in, waited an half hour then told there wasn't a drop-off scheduled at their office. We were told to call customer service and schedule a drop-off and disconnect the (2nd) router we received in error. I asked aren't you customer service? We were told we had to go home and call customer service. I asked can't you call call and get what you need to accept the trade in and 2nd router. We were told no. There were employees standing around with a line of people waiting. The employees there were obviously didn't want to be bothered with doing their job. Has to be the worst office in the valley.

I waited, and not a single employee acknowledged me or offered assistance. For a company this large, the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I left frustrated, with my issue still unresolved. This store seriously needs to improve its staffing and customer support.

Verizon should have been happy for her business instead.She was referred to the Verizon store.And when she got there, the gentleman said, since you didn't buy the item here.Don't bother coming back here, even though she just recently turned over to their service.Absolutely on forgivable.Don't go to this place.
