Verizon should have been happy for her business instead.She was referred to the Verizon store.And when she got there, the gentleman said, since you didn't buy the item here.Don't bother coming back here, even though she just recently turned over to their service.Absolutely on forgivable.Don't go to this place.

The moment you walk in, you're treated like a burden—an unwanted inconvenience. It's blatantly obvious they couldn't care less about helping you; their indifference is frankly insulting.

I went in to buy a phone and they couldn't verify my information nor would even try with the legal documents I provided nor through the text messages they sent to my phone with me standing right in front of them. The "manager " was just as unhelpful, she kept telling me to call the 1800# after I told her that I already did. Everything i said went in one ear and out the other. Needless to say I went to another Verizon ( in Green Valley) who knows what they're doing and wrote this review on my new phone, and hour later.
