I got home and it didn't work! I asked if it was phone or the charger! They obviously said it was the charger for more money! I paid for the new charger and got home and it doesn't work! I asked to try it at the store but they said we can't open it at the store! Went home and it doesn't work like I thought!

Verizon overage alerts did not contact me, even after they said they would correct the error on their side. 2 months of overage later, they said they can only offer to refund/reduce half of the overage due to their error. I decide to change to another carrier. Customer service at Verizon told me that I needed to go to a Verizon store to sign out of my service, and when I got there, I was told that my account is closed once I changed carriers...huge waste of time and effort, and needless to say, I am very disgusted with Verizon customer service. Fortunately, I have COX internet & TV at home, and found out that adding the same phone plan would only cost me ONE DOLLAR per month...so everything worked out for the better! Pays to shop around...even if you think that you don't need to!
