- JJJasmine JohnsonAug 17, 20253.0I went here to drop my old cell phone off to get my trade in credit. I let the associate greeter know what I required. He said a mgr would be out to assist me. I waited 25 minutes before the mgr came out from the back of the store. Other customers came in and got assistance from other mgrs or associates, so I wasn't sure why it took so long for the mgr that helped me to come out. They took care of turning my phone in and updating my phone bill with that credit for the trade in. Parking is limited since it's in a shopping center area with other stores. I walked a little bit to get to the store entrance based on where I found a parking spot.
