After calling Verizon we gave up after three hour wait. Can't make appt with your store as you have to be "new customer." The worst experience ever experienced with a wireless company.
- GBGigi BDec 8, 20251.0What an extremely disappointing experience with Verizon. I waited all year for Black Friday to take advantage of their current promotion. I was told that they couldn’t honor the “match your rate” plan because I have a very low rate with T-Mobile. Because they refused to match my rate, I cancelled and did not go forward with the order. Not only did Verizon still charge me for an order that was cancelled, they charged me a second time for another order that I didn’t place. Now I’m in the process of fighting with Verizon to promptly return the monies they stole from my account. False advertising and bad business. Steer clear of Verizon. At least T-mobile is honest

I waited 25 minutes before the mgr came out from the back of the store. Other customers came in and got assistance from other mgrs or associates, so I wasn't sure why it took so long for the mgr that helped me to come out. They took care of turning my phone in and updating my phone bill with that credit for the trade in. Parking is limited since it's in a shopping center area with other stores. I walked a little bit to get to the store entrance based on where I found a parking spot.
