  Estuve esperando más de 30 minutos y quería usar el baño en ése tiempo pero él supervisor lo miré qué es racista por yo ser ispano y alos americanos si Ivan al baño y mi medetuvo y me dijo una excusa que el baño estaba tapado qué no podía entrar qué fea company devén de tratar a todos por igual porque es un negocio

  Been waiting 30 minutes to return a streaming box that the employee yesterday (after a 45 minute wait) told me I could just drop off at usps in Los Alamos(not true). Between phone customer service and commuting and waiting in this store I’m at about 10 hours just to turn off their unreliable slow internet. Never using this company ever again.

  My wife and I had an appointment at the Comcast-Xfinity retail store in Santa Fe, N.M. We were taken care of by Shon Coho. We wanted to drop some TV services we had but Mr Coho evaluated our current services for internet, phones and cable TV. He showed us through a bundling process for internet, three phones and cable TV however could save more than $300 per month. This is not a typo: he showed us how to pay more than $300 per month less! We signed up with Comcast-Xfinity and we are now paying $300 a month less than before.? Shon even guided me through the process of renewing my state driver's license on-line. Shin Coho is friendly, technically savvy about all aspects of the internet, cable TV and cell phones; truly met our needs in guiding and recommending the best services for us, a couple in our late 60s. I recommend Comcast-Xfinity for their services that save you money and especially Shon Coho! And remember, he can also help you renew your driver's license on-line!

  Guess I shouldn’t be surprised. It’s not like Comcast Xfinity has a good reputation. But I went into the store and this employee named Tyler was just total jerk. I bought a house and the Previous Owner left there video doorbell attached to the wall. And I tried a lot of things, I’m not a dumb person. And I could not figure out how to get the face of it off to remove the bracket. I explained this to Tyler and he mocked me about the fact that it was attached to a wall. Hey Tyler, sometimes doorbells aren’t on the door. Then he said oh it’s easy you just pull the face off. I said I tried that, Can you show me and he flat out refused. Dude has no business doing customer service.

  For Shania Ferrero and Reese on 10/17/2025—after one of our tenants hacked into our Xfinity account and changed our cable and phone plans, these two figured out how to fix the issue. They were very helpful, courteous and efficient.
