I called them yesterday to confirm the time as I live 45+ minutes away and that I just needed to pick something up. They told me to come in and there was no issue. Got there today and was told there was a 3 hour wait…to simply pick up something I already confirmed 24 hours ago!! Rude front associate and no way around it. I wasted 2 hours of drive time for nothing. I called Xfinity and they’re mailing one for free. Should have just done that 3 days ago rather than dealing with these idiots.
