- VLVictoria Lee6 days ago1.0I visited the Xfinity store in Las Cruces, New Mexico where i was told since i was just a manager on the account and not the primary holder that i would not be able to upgrade my phone from the iPhone 14 to the 16. Mind you my husband is the primary but stationed in Florida while im stationed in El Paso and was told by customer support before driving almost an hour for them to tell me they couldn’t upgrade my phone and even online it says that managers have that sort of access to go individually to upgrade their phones if they need to. really pathetic and sad.

Kudos to the very tall, very good looking, young black man, who must be 6'4 in height (maybe even taller) who helped me more than once, and told me his first name more than once when I asked for it. And darn, if later on I still can't remember it. Its a rather Hispanic sounding first name, I remember that. Although, he doesn't look Hispanic. And there is also a somewhat shorter, dark complexioned, young man in the store who helped me out a lot as well. Both of these excellent and unfortunately to me, nameless gentlemen, are very good at what they do. And that is patiently and kindly helping befuddled old geezers like me who are pretty much lost in the box when it comes to modern technology. Well done lads!!! This five star review is being written in on December 29th 2025. J.P.
- NNNoneDec 27, 20252.0We purchased or were told that we can get 1GB of internet service / speed! So we purchased the max speed of 1GB. But we average anywhere from 350 to 450MB using an internet speed testing website! And this is standing within 5 feet from the modem‼️ Time to try to find another internet provider!
