    Xfinity las Cruces store is horrible! I drove from Deming to pick up a modem and made it to the store right at 7:00 and the guy saw me and proceeded to lock the door. Then when I knocked on the door he turned off the lights and then after 1 minute turned them back on. But never tried to see what I needed. And the customer service agent had sent a message to the store prior to me coming to inform them I would be 3 min late. This was strictly for picking up a modem, I didn't need any service or help with anything.

    Once again Xfinity has charged for equipment. Five years ago, I returned equipment and canceled Xfinity. I was lied to about the monthly cost of service. When the first bill came it was almost twice as much as what I was quoted. I returned the equipment, gave name and address. The salesperson never registered the return. This time I scheduled to install service at new home. I asked if I needed to return equipment. Was told not necessary. I believe all these people working in this store are always in training. They make up the rules as they go along. You really cannot trust what they say in this store. Las Cruces needs to bring in more internet competition. Xfinity is worthless to deal with. Please DO NOT respond to this review. I do not need to read your boiler plate canned response. Your reply doesn’t mean a thing.

    0 stars is not a option. Starlink is a better provider. Starlink is easy and quick to set up. Better service and cheaper! Comcast’s internet speeds are slow or don’t work. I would not recommend comcast/ Xfinity to any of friends or family. Look at other services.

    I am filing this complaint to document two deeply troubling incidents involving Xfinity technicians at my residence. Both visits displayed a total lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for your customers. Incident #1 – Technician Misconduct (Two Weeks Ago): Approximately two weeks ago, an Xfinity technician came to our home to address an issue with our connection. After he left, we discovered a marijuana vape pen dropped directly next to our exterior service connection box. This is not only unprofessional—it is an egregious violation of company policy and safety standards. The presence of drug paraphernalia left behind by an on-duty technician raises serious concerns about technician sobriety, workplace safety, and the integrity of your service operations. Incident #2 – Technician Disrespect and Service Neglect (Today 11/06/2025): The technician who visited our home today was openly rude and dismissive to my wife. He made it clear that he “doesn’t care” if we switch from Xfinity and performed no diagnostic work whatsoever. He didn’t test, check, or attempt to fix the issue. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving my wife upset and our problem unresolved. This level of behavior—disrespecting customers, refusing to provide service, and making statements of indifference toward account retention—is completely unacceptable. When combined with the earlier incident involving drug paraphernalia, it suggests a serious breakdown in technician oversight, training, and quality control within your field operations. We have been long-time customers, but these experiences have completely destroyed any trust or confidence we had in Xfinity as a company. We will be terminating our Xfinity service by the end of this week and switching to Starlink. I expect this complaint to be formally documented and escalated to management for internal investigation and disciplinary review of the involved technicians. Please provide written acknowledgment of this report and outline what corrective measures will be taken to prevent incidents like this from occurring again.

    I have the Internet essentials account for seniors. I needed a repair to my cable connection, and Marc made it easy. No fee for a technician to come out because of the type of account I have. Perks of being old, LOL.
