The tech guy was super! He even entertained my son while he was working, even when my son was all up in his business š Xfinity is great and the employees are even better!

She lowered my bill and increased our internet speed. Sent out a new modem as ours was really old. Everything was fine until I tried to install the new modem. Of course, this is a simple thing to do, unplug the old one, plug in the new modem and you're done. Not even, took me over 3 hours on the phone and 2 different technicians before they were able to get the new modem up and running, unfortunately I had to set up a new network. You don't realize the amount of things in your house using your network. The lady that I talked with 1st had told me that I would need to return the old modem. OK, I returned it today. That didn't go well, typical Xfinity employee turned our service off just because I returned the old modem. Yep, got to spend another hour on the phone getting them to turn my service back on. What a cluster! No business should be this hard to deal with.
