  Jonah was super helpful when we went to this store to return our equipment and ask questions about continuing service. He is a top-notch employee and a very friendly and professional person. I highly recommend this location and their staff!! 10+!!!

  jonah helped me and his boss daniel were incredible today with their service on my xfinity phone account and did a great job of troubleshooting on my old iphone … over the last year there was definitely a lot of turn over at the holly location in albuquerque but now it looks fabulous and stable ….and now about the boss daniel… i had a great experience with him at the new juan tabo that had opened it was the first or second day it was open and he totally knew what had happened with my account and totally straightened it out i was sooo grateful! i highly recommend these people now really know what they r doing and customer service is first rate now!

  Visited store on Wednesday December 17, 2025 with the goal to reduce our monthly payments. Met Colton, assistant store manager, who sat with us, reviewed our current program, reviewed our individual needs, and constructed a workable plan for us going forward. This was done with patience, a sense of humor, and a professional attitude. He made us feel comfortable and represented his store wonderfully. We will be back when the need arises.
