    Nathaniel is the rudest person that works at this store. And they’re trying to conduct business, but he has the radio so loud you can’t hear each other speak. When asked if he could lower it, he tells me no that’s a store policy to have it that loud and if I didn’t have an AirPod in my ear, I probably wouldn’t be so hard of hearing. Do not ever do business with this store or Nathaniel total jerk.

    The 2 stars is for the company as a whole. I got excellent customer service by KimKim at the Rio Rancho store. †************************ Update on 11/15/2025. This company is so out of touch with Customer Service that when getting a bad review ask reviewers to complete a "survey form" ! Geez! Get someone REAL to reply, leave a phone#, or better yet, as most companies truly interested would do....JUST REACH OUT, you do have the reviewer's info! This monopoly is over! There are now choices, and far better and cheaper than Xfinity!

    Received wrong equipment from a Far away location. I decided to go to a location near Home see if they can help me Xfinity Associate Albyda Made my experience 1000% able to quickly get me the correct equipment, revisit my plan too make sure am getting the best deal possible. I appreciate her customer service saving me time, money ! This kind of service I have received from Xfinity. Encourages me too always promote Xfinity to friends, and family as well continuing to purchase more with Xfinity products. Cheers 🥂

    The assistant manager here on Saturday November 1st is absolutely horrible. We went in to transfer 3 numbers over to Xfinity and purchase 2 new phones. The phone process is long and tedious we know this the gentleman helping us knew this. We were there for about 2 hours. I had to step out of the building twice to call my old carrier to get a pin and unlock a phone, ( I had to step out to hear because music blasting inside the store) my daughter was with me who also went to the car and back. After switching service paying for 2 phones upfront because I didn’t want the high bill and just wanted new phones, spending $2500+ the gentleman Adrian is helping me set up and double check everything is working correctly. THEN this assistance manager who needs to be demoted comes up out of nowhere and says “this can be done at home you are costing me money going in and out the door” honestly I thought it was a joke. I told her I just paid over $2500 and I really don’t care, she eventually walked away mumbling to stay in or out. But if the kid Adrian had not been so amazing and apologize for her actions. I would have demanded a refund. Her face, her attitude, her actions towards a customer who just spent that much money is an absolute disgrace. She wouldn’t have a job if people don’t go in there because her disrespect. Open your eyes your in customer service.

    Fraud/Lies/Incompetence This Store Manager needs to be Fired for taking advantage of 65 year old Customer! I bought an iPad during a half off free line promo. When I got bill I was being charged for the iPad line. Customer Support in Egypt said no such promo existed. I went back to store 3400 NM-528 Suite 108-B in Albuquerque, NM 87114. I spoke to a customer rep and he called manager over who confirmed that promo was valid and had employee type notes in my account that stated “Was in store during free tablet line promo and is being charged for it”. I went home called Customer Support and got an agent in Egypt that saw note said he would fix my account, gave me a $30 credit and said he would annotate my account. Following month same issue so I call and got an agent in Egypt who stated no notes from previous agent or on my account for free iPad line no such promo. I went back to store on NM-528 and I was told by store Manager it was a promo they offered for 3 months another customer rep brought up my account and showed me on their Xfinity computer screen that Agent in Egypt was wrong the free line note is in my account for a free line. They showed me date of 7/28/25 and note mentioned above. I took a picture with my cell phone of it. I called back to a Customer Service Rep I believe in the Philippines who saw note and said they would create a ticket and gave me a $20 credit. I have spent hours on the phone trying to reach an escalation/complaint department only to be given incorrect phone numbers or transferred to representatives that could not take a complaint even a law enforcement number that was completely wrong. One rep said the only notes in my account are “ She was later educated that the line is not free, yet she is receiving the device itself under a promotion/ NFAT.” This never happened it is a blatant lie. I have had internet for over 15 years with no issues but this iPad promo that I was not interested in until I was at the store getting a cell phone for my son and they told me it was iPad was half off with a free line. This is fraud I have several tickets regarding this issue but with them outsourcing their customer service it’s impossible to get this matter addressed. My next step will be BBB & FCC. This is fraud!
