  Went in to check on a bill that I felt was overcharged for a few months, talked to faith, super rude. No help at all, said promotion was over when I’ve had wifi and phone plan with them for years. Asked for a manger, got assistant manager, just as rude. Workers were watching tv, loud and obnoxious, said they can’t help me. I have to do everything online. Don’t understand why they have a physical store and can’t help with anything. Will be changing plans as soon as possible.

  Horrible customer service, my boyfriend went in to get a new phone and had a couple questions about internet. Dealt with Hope & the assistant manager. They are the rudest and seemed like they hated there job, they were rolling there eyes and told us to try and do everything online that there was nothing they can do to help. The male co workers were just standing there watching football.

  Horrible customer service!!!!! Faith from the Rio Rancho location off of Alemeda started my activation from switching from Verizon to Xfinity and never finished the activation and I NEVER heard from her after she shut off my Verizon account. I have been with no phone service going on 24 hours. Faith is very dishonest and unprofessional. She stated the location off of Paseo, the staff there has has their "heads up their butts" and bad talking the staff at that location. I have been on the phone with technical support all day trying to figure out the mess she made with my account. I decided to go into the Paseo location to see if they could possibly help me in any way and a gentleman name Johan helped me within 10 mins and was so sweet and awesome! Johan fixed all the screw up Faith did on my account and he was more help than the 6 people I talked to on the phone. Do not go to the Alemeda location! Don't fall for her line of saying "I found you a loophole and discounts", she is full of crap. Nate the store manager is one of the rudest most arrogant people I have ever met!! Didn't want to take responsibility at all for what Faith messed up. Tried to be intimidating to get me out of the store until John, one of his associates stepped in because Nate just wanted to argue back and forth with me! Absolutely ridiculous for a manager to not be able to help a customer and instead just argue. All he wanted to do was blame customer care when it was Faith that completely screwed up mine and my mom's accounts. After 5 days, hours in the store and more hours on the phone finally got my phone number retrieved all thanks to customer care. John was great and tried his best. DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE!!! Do not trust them with your information!

  I was in the store on Tuesday to ask a question about Xfinity's phone service. The agent looked up my account and said the changes I had made with an online agent the day before were all wrong and that she would have to rebuild my plan. Said the agents you've speak to when you call don't know what they're doing. I should have walked out, but I am not very assertive. When I got home my email was flooded with multiple messages from Xfinity, one of which was adding phone service, plus other services I never requested. In addition my connection speed has been reduced. Very confusing mess. I printed out the emails and made a special trip down there today (30 mile round trip). The store was not busy. In fact I think I was the only customer. Agents standing around talking. One agent asked me what I wanted. I tried to explain my concerns and show him the emails. He refused to look at them or even look up my account. Said he couldn't do anything about it, that I had agreed to the plan (I don't recall being given a choice),and I would have to call Xfinity if I wanted to change qsomething. I have never been treated this rudely by people who are supposed to be serving customers. For about 10 years I have been totally satisfied with Xfinity internet, but this experience was very disturbing. I am still trying to process what happened. In the future I will call Xfinity for service. No more Xfinity stores.
