- AKAna KennedyDec 22, 20251.0We had an interesting experience, we were sent to this store to purchase a WiFi extender Upon arriving we were told they couldn’t sell us one because their scanner had been stolen, however the gentleman said he could sell me a phone. Very unusual, I would think a scanner would be needed fort both items. Went to a different store where we were told you can use a phone number of a scanner is not available. Strange. Same company different answers.

Hace días viene a cancelar un servicio y los chicos que estaban allí muy mal educados, no me querían recibir los aparatos que venía a traer, la respuesta de uno de ellos fue ( si los puede traer otro día por qué si sale de la tienda y vuelve a entrar eso de cuenta como cliente nuevo) La verdad no entendí 🙄 le dije que si me había cancelado los dos servicios que estaban a mi nombre y me dijo que si y se fue dejado me hablando solo, que falta de respeto. Y cuando me comuniqué al call center me dijeron que solo habían cancelado solo un servicio. Entonces? Que tipo de personas trabajan acá? No les dan preparación a sus empleados de cómo tratar a los clientes? Por lo menos quedo con la satisfacción de que no tengo ya servicio con ustedes y a los que vengan acá NO RECOMIENDO Xfinity a nadie!

He was very patient and set up everything for us so we didn’t have to stress. We appreciated his hard work and diligence getting us the best deal.
