    If you are to use this store to return any equipment, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE RECEIPT. I was given the wrong receipt, and now have ZERO proof and they are trying to charge me the fees.

    Thank goodness Mac was here to help me. I appreciate his patience with my old mind that fumbles exceedingly when it comes to tech. He has been a tremendous blessing and tells me Xfinity is taking time to hire outstanding representatives. I love Juan Tabo store!

    After not having any customer service at T-Mobile EXPERIENCE store in Uptown, I decided to go to Xfinity on Juan Tabo located near my area and see if all customer service has been minimal. I have to say Zander was truly a gem, not only did he listen to my other experience with T-Mobile but, assured me that he would handle my new services to ensure I was pleased. Zander patiently listen to my needs and gave me my options not only that but, explained switching our phone services over to Xfinity. I have to say customer service speaks volumes when issues arise and you need that extra security understanding the process and what the store is capable of handling before calling customer service, which let's all admit who likes being in the phone explaining your issue after waiting long for a live representative. I totally can honestly say that Zander is definitely on his game when it comes to customer service, utilizing his active listening skills and being such a down to earth person. I was able explain my situation and he gave me the best solution for my needs. Thank Zander for a great experience and Xfinity should be proud that you represent them. Again šŸ™ƒThank you, Zander ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'll be sharing my experience with people needing that awesome customer service experience, especially when it comes to home Internet services.

    Mac was great. I came in very frustrated with a new system and Mac was very calm and got the system up and running in a few minutes and found me a better deal with my phone snd internet sefvicr

    The absolute worse service I’ve ever had in my 66 years. Gabe was my contact at the Juan tabo location. He outright lied to me about a refund, a credit, a lower plan, ( which doesn’t exist) a bogus form he printed out etc. He said he was talking to corporate about these issues and that he was texting them. He would not let me see the texts nor give me the phone number/email etc of his corporate contact. He told me to go to the corporate office off San Mateo if I had questions since he couldn’t see results from his pending requests. I went to corporate. I talked to Sky Lewis. He told me everything Gabe said was untrue. I returned to Xfinity on Juan tabo. I confronted Gabe. He told me to leave the store. He kept saying ā€œ have a nice day,ā€ as he smirked. He saidā€I tried to help you to the best I could.ā€ Other customers were aghast! Needless to say I am looking for a new carrier. If this is acceptable behavior by an Xfinity employee I am out. ( other Xfinity employees just stood around, saying nothing) Truly disappointed and disgusted.
