- AAAngela3 days ago1.0do not buy xfinity. they lie about how much plans are. there are much cheaper plans with better service else where. xfinity use a AI system at the call center and those AI systems tell lies about plans. i ask the rep on the line several times how much the plan is. and it was a complete lie. i will never use xfinity again. i also going to turn them into law enforcement. for fraud.

- JSJoe SDec 15, 20251.0Xfinity (i.e. "Comcast") is a rip off. This is the only company I've Ever experienced major resistance from when trying to cancel their service! They've always notoriously raised prices on their customers, and they don't communicate correctly concerning very important changes to customer's internet plans. Their customer service is a call center in the Philippines which consists of folks that are trained to beg you to stay with them when you try to cancel, to the point of nausea! T-Mobile offers High speed home internet for $35/mo if you have a phone line and auto-pay. They also waived any device fee when I set it up at my home. guaranteed not to increase in price for at least 5 years.
