It was a disaster (I'll leave them their own review) that led to them messing up our account badly. We decided to try the Cutler location, walked in, and were immediately seen by a gentleman named Sky. Sky was the highlight of my day and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a rather unusual case, and he took all the details, conferred with coworkers, and then came up with a solution to the issue. I felt many others might have just shrugged and said "Too bad," but he didn't give up. When he reached a roadblock, he would try another avenue to resolve it. In the end, it took about an hour, and he was awesome the whole time. Call ahead to see if you can schedule him for your service needs. Don't call the Xfinity Customer Service line. Call this store and ask for Sky. Also, be sure to treat them right. There's no need to be a jerk to them. They WANT to help you. The Manager was named Mandy, and she was incredibly helpful as well.

I left there and went to a non corporate store and the staff there was super helpful and helped me get another device so that I could have service and be able to get on the road tomorrow at 4 am. I've never been treated so poorly by a cellular carrier. The way that I was ignored and passed over in my crises was heartbreaking.
