    Horrible service, was at the store 2 hours trying to make an order and after multiple payments and order cancellations they still entered the wrong address and need to cancel the order yet again. Would not recommend, STAY AWAY!

    WORST VERIZON STORES, THEY DON'T CANCEL YOUR ORDER UNTIL TOU GET THERE AND WITH NO PRODUCT... I NEEDED A EARBOUDS SO BAD TO TRAVEL NOTHING GET SINCE A ORDER THE DAY BEFORE.. RPSM WORST!!!!!!!!!

    I get the low rating. I had to come here with my best friend death certificate to get him off my plan that I can not afford his half of on my own. I was met by an employee asking “what do you need” very rudely. Then the manager Latifah came out. Was extremely condescending and clacking her nails at me instead of listening. I had to come here as it’s the closest corporate store and that’s an absolute shame. Just know if a loved one unexpectedly passes you’ll be met with 0 empathy, only a rude miserable woman who should not be in cx service. I’ve been a Verizon cx for 13 years and I’m leaving now

    I want to make this review as honest as possible, because it wouldn't be fair not to give the best feedback to help better a customer's future experience. I want to be very clear that Verizon's customer service call centers are the failing aspect of the company's integrity and pledge of support to their customers. A move to cut costs by outsourcing instead of leaving customer support in house will be the Achille's heel if you do not correct that. I heard enough conversations with various agents from your call centers to know it's an on going and serious issue. This is the reason why I could not give this a full 5 stars unfortunately. From the store experience, when I walked in I was greeted by an associate and he asked what I could be helped with. I told him my situation was customer service sent me to the in store location because I could not access my account to view my bill. He told me to call customer service which I said was the reason why I was there. After not making any headway I asked for a manager. I was greeted by Mike, and he was visibly busy. He listened to my issues and started the process of getting me back in. After what seemed quite a while, again due to the volume their store was handling plus the lack of effectiveness of customer service, Mike finally solved my dilemma. I have to thank Mike for his professionalism, his ability to handle pressure, and still treat me like a human being. He didn't just help me gain access to my account, get me the ability to handle my account as owner, but saved me a ton of money on my monthly bill. I am extremely grateful for meeting Mike, I hope this review does some justice because he is a staple to that location. Thank you again Mike!
