She took her time and expertise to take care of my needs, not once giving up whist my previous carrier issue became complicated; even as the process ran past closing hours. I left the store with an activated line, and maybe the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend Diamond for your all your Xfinity needs, the care and time taken was exceptional.
- SDSharonda Davis DavisNov 27, 20251.0Gm to all I did a buy back with Xfinity back in May of 2025 I have not received the gift card to pay T-Mobil the money for they cell phone and talked to the new store manager and Alex Cervantes who was a manager as well he said he was going to escalate it I’m still waiting 2 months ago and 3 months ago I talked to the assistant store manager mind you the late fees with Tmobil for not paying the phone off waiting for Xfinity too send me the gift card shot the bill up too 859 dollars in late fees this right here is sad so I called the police yesterday because I was so fed up with the lack of cooperation I received people please do not do a buy back with Xfinity because the will not pay the other cell phone company for the phone they told me in May if I switch with them they would pay T-mobil the remaining balance of my cell phone witch was 500 well I haven’t got it yet I’m in collections with T-mobil for a outstanding bill for not paying the cell phone off. I’m over it I’m not a satisfied customer. I added the pictures of my bill from T-mobil they was not paid and it went in collection late fee and all I’m waiting on that bill in the mail and I’m posting that as well.T-mobil said they mailing it . I shouldner never left T-mobile I was with them for 15 years this is what I get for switching
