- SASamina AliDec 30, 20254.0I am updating my review because the manager Alex is really great at this location and helped remedy others’ mistakes. But beware of certain employees: see below for original review! —- The people who work there are really nice and it seems like they are understaffed. This leads to them not really hearing what you asking for help with. We went there because my mom was having trouble getting an appointment to get new cable wires outside her condo (animals had chewed threw them—as diagnosed by an xfinity tech who came to her condo the week before). But getting an appointment for the replacement of these cables over the phone was impossible. So we went to this location, and it was like the person we spoke to didn’t hear us say this 20x. Instead, this particular employee (tall-ish skinny white-looking guy) scheduled a tech to come to our house the next day to plug in a new cable box. Which we know how to do (and we told the guy in-store we knew how to do this). He also set us up with the wrong type of tech assistance (we needed someone to help with exterior wiring, not in the house). And he deleted our original ticket so history of our previous visits was gone. So it was a pointless visit to the xfinity location followed by a pointless appointment scheduled. Going on 12+ days no internet.

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment I was given a slip and advised to wait and someone would call me. Two people come in after me but are serviced before me. Maybe they had appointments but they didn't say that. I approached the desk after about 10 min to ask what the hold up was. Only then he took the 2 seconds to print my receipt. I guess my black face became invisible when others came in.
