My representative, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. I was in the store from 11:00 a.m. until about 4:30 p.m. because my phone hadn’t been backed up in over a year, so the process took much longer than expected. Throughout the entire time, Kenny was extremely patient, calm, kind, and very detailed. He never rushed me and made sure everything was explained and done correctly. His customer service was truly outstanding. I also want to acknowledge his manager, who kindly waived a $25 fee after I missed my nail appointment due to how long I was there. While the delay was completely my fault, that gesture was very much appreciated. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I’m very grateful for the help I received. Kenny is a great asset to your team.
