It requires a Verizon store visit for peace of mind. My sweet tech didn't have a name badge, but he helped me out, wanted to see me happy, & very importantly, was NOT condescending. I only go maybe once a yr, but the Turnersville store is my go-to, & there's always a sigh of relief!

How do you have someone sitting in the same spot for minutes, they advise their application was released, more people come in AFTER me and i had to repeat AGAIN that I was ready, just for someone to tell me I had to basically wait for someone to come back from their break because “they already know what’s going on”. That’s absurd. It is now 4:00, i’ve been here over an hour! The store is empty! Everyone is just standing around and it seems like anything difficult, they pass off to the next person. not to mention, I had to complete the same verification process 3 times! Dear verizon: I had OTHER things to do today!
