Not even a customer. Xfinity did a cable install in my neighborhood on my street affecting all properties. Which is fine, except for the fact they left exposed wires on my property (and along everyone’s) and you can’t reach anyone about it.

Went to this store. The gentleman that waited on me was very understanding. But the Jonah whom signed me up through the association I live in messed me up. He never asked for the information to upload the promtion now I’m on my way to possible collections. This is horrible they have to make this work. So many people in this development is complaining and I’m sure they have gotten short ended. Some of them don’t even understand what they did. They are charging people installing fees which should have been waived. This is horrible I fault this greedy association as well as XFINITY trying to make a sale. This by far is 0000000….. they need to honor my bill from my prior carrier. Jonah I asked all the right questions and you lied not follow through…. Big disappointment…. My bill from the old carrier needs to be satisfied. People please check your bills…. Hard to contact anyone that knows anything. I went into the store… I will return to speak yo a manager.
