    We have been incorrectly charged for devices we never ordered or received for several months. When my husband went to the Xfinity store to resolve the issue, the employee, Jonah we spoke with was unprofessional and dismissive, and the billing problem was not fixed. We are asking for the incorrect charges to be removed and for this issue to be taken seriously. Respectful service and accurate billing should be the standard.

    We have been overcharged by Xfinity for several months for devices that we never ordered and never received. These charges have appeared on our account for both mobile and internet service, and despite multiple attempts to correct the issue, the problem has not been resolved. I went in person to an Xfinity store to address this matter directly. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service representative, Jonah, was unprofessional and dismissive, making jokes about me in my presence while other employees stood by laughing. This behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable in a customer-facing role, especially considering the error is on the part of Xfinity. Even after enduring this treatment, the billing issue remained unresolved. I expect accurate billing and respectful, professional service. This situation needs to be reviewed, the incorrect charges removed, and the conduct of the employee addressed. I hope Xfinity takes this feedback seriously and works to correct both the billing error and the customer service experience.
