    To say this store understands sales or respect is comical. Rude, disrespectful and arrogance are the words I would describe when talking about my visit. When I said I cannot deal with him another one came to confront me. As if to fight. He was shaking. The manger had to send him away. If management care to know the names call me. I don’t think putting names on here is the right thing.

    Had a problem with the download of Bluetooth The staff is very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. As a senior citizen, it was a comfort to have someone help me. With some of these devices thank you again.

    My mom needed a new phone after having an iPhone 8 for way too long and I figured it would be a good idea to bring her to a corporate owned Verizon store, boy what a mistake that was. We got checked in and waited only a few minutes and were paired with a representative named Sam. My moms number is on a business account that the family uses and it has multiple lines. Sam explained the iPhone models and pricing, but told us that the iPhone 14 would be completely free to upgrade. My mom agreed and he said he would be right back. He was gone for about 10 minutes and came back with a sheet of paper explaining that in order to get a free phone we had to change the plan on EVERY line on the account, AND add ANOTHER LINE to the account that would'nt even be used....I interrupted his sales pitch during all of this and said no, we aren't going to change everybody's plan on this account to which he snapped at me and said "no you let me finish first". I said no absolutely not, we came here for a device and a device only. We were then told to go to the Apple store if we only wanted a new phone and to not change plans. Verizon employees make commission on plans, so once he realized he wouldn't make commission he got rather irate and upset. I insisted we get a device which was the reason we went in, and he proceeded to tell us that he would give $5 trade in (more as an insult than anything) and that we "won't be getting any deals like we though we'd be getting". I had to practically argue with him to sell us an iPhone 14. When he finally agreed he never really said another word to us, he opened the phone and transferred everything while being passive aggressive. No eye contact and was on instagram on his phone the entire time, then he left us for about 20 minutes before he came back to activate the phone after everything was already transferred. I'd highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs if you don't intend on changing your entire account up so they can make a quick buck.I personally have had bad Verizon experiences in the past which is why I am an AT&T customer now, I only came in to help my mom as she doesn't know a ton about phones. My mom felt like she was treated so poorly she didn't even wanna take the time to look for a case or screen protector while we were there. I wanted it to be a nice fun thing for her to get a new phone after so many years and somehow Verizon found a way to ruin it for her. Will never visit this location again
