    I had an absolutely horrible experience today with Josh. He did not explain anything and 3 hours later we walked out without new phones completely frustrated. It was the worst experience I have ever had and I would never recommend him.

    I was in store waiting to get a new phone and an employee name Nick was screaming at this young lady making her cry and causing a scene. He left on his lunch break after yelling at this young lady. Very uncomfortable situation and very unprofessional.

    On 12/08/25 went to Xfinity store in Rio Grande Plaza , regarding a bill I received. Without knowing I had the pleasure to meet Sarah Becher , a Comcast Cable customer Support. I must say , she was so Courteous and thoughtful Very well oriented to her job. Very professional. She introduced me a new promotion plan for a Basic Cable TV and Internet Service ,at a great price . Sarah set everything Up for me , included the appointment with the technician at my residence for the 12/15 :25 with great knowledge on the computer and different techniques. Sarah made my day !

    I moved and transferred all my services 3 weeks later my phone broke on Thanksgiving so I went to the store and requested help with getting a new phone I was treated poorly and after 3 hours requested account number and pin and was told No because we have to text it to you with a broken screen that didn't allow me access the 1st hour the tech insisted I didn't have service with them for cell phone. I had the now phone but services were changed because I pay for the fastest best net service they have and they offered free cell service with that. I went to Metro PCS and purchased a new phone had to go back to Xfinity still no results so I went back Saturday spent hours trying to recover my number from Xfinity still treated poorly and again on Sunday. The manager and 2 of the techs were extremely rude in a condescending way. Had no results with the people on the phone either. I filed a complaint with the FCC and got a call from Xfinity but still no results today is Dec 3rd 2025 my services stopped working on Nov 27th this is completely Unacceptable the response I received today was they would work on releasing my number within 48 hrs! Perhaps a Class Action Law Suit will work. I would be interested in knowing how many others this has happened to? I have invested thousands of dollars over many years into this company and they say I am a Platinum Member however they are treating me with no empathy no understanding and No results. I am locked out of 90% of my accounts because they are sending verification codes to my phone number that can't be accessed! I refuse to get a new number I need My number. An extremely frustrating, stressful experience the mental and financial issues that I am experiencing are Not okay.I will not only Never Ever Refer this business I will be returning my equipment and I will spend my money with a company that hires people with respect and train their employees in how to work in Customer Service just so happens I have done customer service my whole life and I WOULD NEVER EVER treat a customer the way I have been treated I would NEVER DISRESPECT OR BELITTLE A CUSTOMER I ALWAYS SHOW EMPATHY AND DO THE BEST I CAN TO HELP. OBVIOUSLY XFINITY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THE EMPLOYEESS OR THE EMPLOYEES WOULD CARE AND DO THE BEST THEY CAN.THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN THE CORPORATION IS HUGE AND THEREFORE SHOULD HAVE I T PEOPLE ON HAND TO FIX ISSUES IMMEDIATELY. SO LOSING MY BUSINESS IS NOTHING TO THEM BUT I WILL ALWAYS SHARE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. This is absolutely the worst experience it feels like Xfinity is hijacking my life considering they haven't released my number it's 5 days without being able to access my accounts and pay my bills without being able to check voice mail or texts. I was able to recover my Google with an email but everything else is by text. They legit kept me from phone calls and text all this time. Just get a new number they said! NO GIVE ME MY NUMBER BACK

    I want to thank John at the Rio Grande Xfinity store for dealing with me and my hugely insane attitude yesterday. I was a big B and you handled me like a champ. Obviously, you had nothing to do with my beef with Comcast. I was upset about my bill and rather than taking a deep breath I decided to turn it up a notch and begin to lose it in the middle of an Xfinity store 30 minutes before closing. Ya, I was that person last night. Which brings me to the main reason why I needed to write this review. I apologize for my behavior. That’s not me I promise. Also, I went home and reviewed my statements. You were right, they are clearly color coated and the wordage is not very fancy just normal and easy to understand.😂. However, no amount of color coating and “normal” wordage on a bill, can ever nor will ever help me to justify paying over hundred dollars for Wi-Fi. Do better Comcast. Give John a raise, retail is hard. Happy Holidays🤓
