Let me say you can’t hold your feelings about Xfinity on the folks that work at this store. From the greeter’s at the front door to the folks handling our problems, they are personable, knowledgeable, and understanding. And, you can tell by the camaraderie, they themselves are happy working there. But the second reason, is the sale’s person I worked with - John Hale! I started asking him questions about new phones in June, finally purchasing them mid-September! Yes, he was Personal and knowledgeable, all the people that work there are, but his patience and understanding shown through! I’m 70 years old, my husband 82 – I can’t see and he can’t hear 😜 And John made it through all that with a smile on his face, repeating information over time and again. I started thinking about getting new phones over a year ago – that’s how afraid I was to get new devices! So if you’re thinking about it, go for it! Right to the Rio Grande Xfinity store (and ask for John, if you can get an appointment with him!)! Deb Evans
