The Internet has been out since 12am on Friday 12/19/25 and I have called 4 times the line keeps going dead every time I say I want to here about internet outage. I am so sick of never getting a real person on the phone anymore to help me with anything anymore. Its called customer service not brainless service let's make AI do everything for us because we are a lazy society of human beings. Xfinity is all smoke and mirrors but when it comes down to it if you have any problems they will never help you they just ignore you and take your money. like every single other consumerism in this country. I am 29 years old writing this review and I know more about better customer service than the lies and crap big company's like this feed people every day to get people to buy their products. I do not appreciate the fact that I have been ignored several different times by your crappy customer service. Also theirs no place to legitimately leave a review with Xfinity on their website without the webpage constanly disappearing and telling me the webpage no longer exists when I go to submit my review.

The cable lines to our house fell off the pole and have been down across our driveway for over a week. We have called and spoken to Xfinity reps on FIVE SEPARATE OCCASIONS at this time. Each time we were apologized to, and told that a technician would be out to resolve the issue at a certain time window within the next 24 hours. Each time: no one showed up! FIVE SEPARATE TIMES. FIVE SEPARATE REPS. They’re happy to try to sell you a new phone and internet plan, while they swear up and down that “this time they will fix it 100%”. Get literally any other ISP.

Dude has a Gengar pin, was awesome. Got a Xfinity Cell number within 15 minutes. Process was seamless just needed my ID and social and credit card on file.

I spent the last two days on the phone with Comcast and got nowhere!! Went in today, Kalon got me all set up and my cable is working perfect now because of him!! This man Deserves a huge raise !!!
