It was stream line and all the employees were extremely nice. Jovan is just an absolute gem. He took complete responsibility with making sure my wife and I were completely satisfied with both the store and Xfinity as a whole. He remembered us not only by name, but what services we had/needed a few months in between our initial visit. The store is for sure a 5/5 star, but he’s 10/5 all day.
