He needs to be fired immediately. 3 hours of my time and gas wasted! This happened today 11/1/25. Mount Laurel location. The cashier on my receipt who is beyond CLUELESS is J-3. He didn't apologize when I told him he forgot twice what he was supposed to give me , instead says "can you leave me a 5 star review" are you freaking kidding me! I'm reporting him to corporate as well. Don't play with my MONEY and MY TIME! I'm paying a lot of money for cable and internet and shouldn't have to go again, TOMORROW !!

I told Him I do not like that store and he asked me if I did the rep eye roll at him and if I did, I would have asked for a manger. The lady there did not want to be there and did not care if he bought the phone there or didn’t. She had an attitude basically the whole time. She cared more about the Eagles than helping us. If I was buying a phone, I would not buy from xfinity.
