I wasn’t sure what to do so I asked the middle age blonde female worker at the front desk if I had to wait for someone to call me. When I approached her, she cut me off in the middle of me speaking and replied in a very rude way “hold up, I’m helping someone else”. I just wanted to ask one simple question but because of her rudeness I walked out shortly after and ended up buying the new iPhone and plan with At&T. Tell your workers to do better.

I was helped right away and was told that my service was never canceled even though I had previously canceled it on the phone with a customer service representative. The customer service person in the store was extremely helpful and figured everything out.

She did a lot without my knowledge and I cant get my phone replaced and nobody knows how to fix my account. And the manager did nothing to help. Devon needs to be fired. Xfinity owes me a lot for this all.
