- JEJustin ElliotSep 22, 20255.0So dealing with Xfinity Now has been a NIGHTMARE up until today when Lex gave me the BEST customer service and made me a happy customer once again. Long story short, they sent me a broken modem Friday and I must have spoken to at least 6 different people on their "Virtual Help" ....which ABSOLUTELY SUCKS and dont even get me started on trying to call them for help, you have a better chance of speaking to GOD then connecting to a live human. Anyways, all weekend I tried to get them to send me a new box and they couldn't understand the issue (the modem sent wouldn't power on)...FINALLY someone on chat today used a brain cell and told me to come into a store to get a new box....now I went to the store already and im not sure who i spoke to but this lady manager had the customer service skills of a honey badger so i just smiled and went back home to deal with the help chat....fast forward today i was ready to crash out before I was helped by Lex who was not only kind and funny but EXTREMELY helpful, got me a new modem and made sure i was gonna be able to set my internet up when I got home, which I am happy to say I did ALL THANKS TO LEX! 5 Stars for her and negative 22 stars for XFINITY'S online chat.
