- BXBombtrack XDNov 29, 20251.0Yesterday I go to store to buy a new cell phone, I was attended by a guy named Felix, from the beginning he had a bad attitude whit me ,i asked him about the Black Fridays Deals and he told me that we had them there and how much he would pay for a monthly S25+ and he got upset, then I just asked him the difference in monthly payments between an S25+ and S25 Ultra and he got upset and told me that I didn't know what I wanted, and to get out of his table, then I told him that I'm a customer and I wanted to compare prices to see which one to choose and I insulted and threatened that he would hit me if he saw me on the street. And when I went to complain the manager and the young man who receives people at the door they didn't say anything at all, they just told me that someone else was going to attend me and made me wait 30 minutes more, terrible customer service, my only mistake was to ask the price difference and for that reason I was insulted and threatened and I am a 3 year Xfinity client (regrettable), it's time to look for other options.
