She was knowlegable, patient, and superbly customer-oriented. She is a phenomenal ambassador for Verizon. And when she reached out to her manager, Rocco, for asssitance, he was also fully engaged and helpful. I recommend them highly and appreciate Verizon having such talented and dedicated employees.
- JJJOct 19, 20241.0Arrafi was super rude. Went in to the store to give a phone for trade in. He told us we couldn’t do it, would need to go home and do a bunch of stuff before I could turn in my phone. He was wrong, and he just didn’t want to help us. I did everything myself in the car and went back in and gave it to him, he seemed annoyed that he had to work and basically just gave me my receipt while rolling his eyes…disgusting behavior.
- TDTyler DanserMay 12, 20241.0I've never been so humiliated, i went into Verizon to pay off my phone and purchase a new one, I asked how much is owed on my current phone, because it was on installments and my screen wasnt turning on(reason for even going to Verizon to get the new phone), and was told it's much more than it looks like I would want to pay today. I was wearing my work uniform, and I had more than enough cash in my pocket to buy 3 more phones (but that is besides the point). Don't assume how much someone is willing to pay based on how they come in, thanks for your time but I was able to buy a new phone at another Verizon, who gave me the price, let me pay it off, and get a new phone.
