  I would rate xfinity customer service and their shady marketing as the worst in the industry. Their customer agent sold me a free line of mobile phone and then still charged 25$ per line on the monthly and when i asked them to rereview on what their customer service sold me they said thats not we have on the account and will be charged 25.XX$ and that's promo rate, they trick you saying something and signing up for something else. I cancelled the service and had a very hard time getting the port out of them, I purchased the phone with them and now they are saying i have to pay full price because you are out of 14 day return window. Sure, i paid the full price to own the device and now they are saying i have to wait 60 days to unlock the phone so that i can use on other carrier. This is what i am getting after spending hours of time with them on phone and paying full price of the phone. Stay away from them if you can.

  The worst store.. The new staff are not aware of the process.. and instead resolving the issue The store manager Joshua told.. Its your problem…

  The store is running a promotion for Xfinity home internet customers: the first phone line is free for the first year, and each additional line is $20. It has already been three months, and I have not received any discount or free line as advertised. The store associates are refusing to contact customer service to resolve the issue or correct the billing
