    Horrible service, I truly think the sales lady is either incapable of doing her job. Or she's just plain remedial. 10 minutes discussing a plan just to give me zero information it was like talking to a rock. I had to just walk out.

    I've had the misfortune of dealing with Verizon Wireless's customer service multiple times, and each experience has been a disaster. Today's call was the final straw. After waiting on the phone for a whopping 30 minutes, I was finally connected with a representative who seemed more interested in navigating me through a maze of irrelevant options than actually helping me resolve my issue. Despite my clear explanation of the problem, the rep continued to ask repetitive questions, put me on hold multiple times, and failed to offer any meaningful solutions. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told they were too busy to take my call - a clear indication that Verizon Wireless doesn't value its customers' time or business. To make matters worse, the representative had the audacity to tell me that my issue "never happened" and that I must have made a mistake. This blatant disregard for my experience and time is unacceptable. It's clear that Verizon Wireless has a systemic issue with customer service, and it's time for them to take responsibility and make changes. Thirty minutes of my precious time wasted, and still, no solution in sight. The incompetence and disregard for customers' time is staggering. Verizon Wireless, you've lost a loyal customer and gained a vocal critic. Shame on you for such atrocious service!
