    Customer service was amazing. Took their time with setting up my new phone, which wasn't easy due to my old phone was in the ocean & I hadn't back up in a while.

    That was the worst experience. This woman named RAINA. Pen, tablet and paper in hand came up to my husband as I watched from afar. He tried telling his story. She didn’t respond at first. She pivoted and said she’d get him a phone number. When he tried to explain the dead calls again she just ignored him and reverted to the back room. So I asked some one else loudly. She came out. I explained he needed help making the call because the CS people didn’t follow through and he was visually impaired—legally blind and needed an accomodation.she ignored me. So she said she couldn’t do anything. So I said it wasn’t right to leave him floundering in an area and not assuring him she’d be back. But she had no intention in assisting him. Upon me telling her his/our problem— I had NO PHONE SERVICE AT ALL AND NEITHER OF US HAD IPad service. My husband only had service because he didn’t let the DD Salesperson turn it off. She refused to help us with the call and I said she needed to give him an accommodation and we would like to have help to regain phone service. When I answered her back I asked if they had a loner phone. She told me not to talk to her that way. She said she knew I was frustrated but she couldn’t help us. I told her she didn’t even try or consider alternatives. She became more highly adversive. Telling me I am not to talk to her that way and not to tell her about assisting my husband. She then even took on more of a an unpleasant “don’t tell me what to do” attitude. She raised her voice, she made no attempt to do anything and didn’t even give out the unsatisfactory phone number. In fact, just remember she walked away and left my husband in a wide open space and didn’t even suggest sitting down, giving him a person to talk to him about his problem, but left him floating in limbo. That’s when I came in the store. When I questioned her and she shut me down and proceeded to ignore me, my husband said that’s exactly what she did to him. RAINA NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED. She’s terse, rude, and probably didn’t know how to restore service

    I recently transferred my phone services back to Verizon. Best experience ever. Was troublesome leaving my former carrier, but Verizon reps hung in there with me and made me feel like they cared. Highly recommend Verizon!!
