    This place is ridiculous. The staff said that they cannot provide the service I need. They could have politely provided suggestions for other verizon stores; instead they just rudely said they do not have any information and rejected to provide service very impatiently. RIDICULOUS. VERIZON IS SO LUCKY TO HAVE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS.

    I’ve never left a negative review before, but this was the most wild customer service experience I’ve had in my life. A parent died, the staff here disconnected my phone instead of my parent’s phone. When I returned to the store and I told them that they disconnected my number, they said “no, there was only one number on the account”. I showed them the receipt that said my phone number was disconnected and demonstrated that my phone was not working. They tried to gaslight me and say it was because I entered the phone number incorrectly (I didn’t enter any phone number, they entered the wrong number on their tablet, and did not confirm anything with me), they wouldn’t let me use the bathroom, said I needed a power of attorney document to action (I didn’t), said I needed to factory reset the phone (I didn’t). This caused made phone calls received during this period (including from social security and pension funds) to be unretrievable. They did nothing to try to fix the situation quickly, rectify the situation afterward, did not apologize for making the mistake in the first place, and were repeatedly trying to tell me that I did something wrong. They then disappeared into the back for 20 minutes. I get it, we all make mistakes and have bad days, but this was the single most wild customer experience I’ve ever had in my life—totally unprofessional, unkind, and inept.
