No one goes out of there way and the manager rolls his eyes and has no interest In helping anybody. They just tell you to call the back office. I ve since moved my mobile from here. Though some problems are beyond their reach and you might have to return with the problem. Lot of free parking spots are available. Good collection of latest devices in the display. His attitude was arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. He talked down to me, showed zero interest in helping, and acted as if customers were a burden instead of his responsibility. It’s shocking that someone like this is in a management position. Jason clearly has no leadership skills, no patience, and absolutely no understanding of customer service. He made what should have been a simple visit feel like a complete waste of time and energy. I left the store frustrated, disrespected, and genuinely disappointed that Xfinity would allow someone with such poor behavior to represent their brand. This man does not deserve to be in charge of anything customer-facing. I strongly urge Xfinity corporate to take a serious look at who’s running their stores — because Jason is driving customers away, not helping them. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until Xfinity starts hiring people who actually know how to treat customers with respect.
