The next month I saw a large charge on my credit card and went back so that the error could be corrected. It was acknowledged that I came in during the promotion but that Comcast would not honor it. I am now paying exponentially more than the offered promotion. If you do happen to deal with this company, and are offered a promotion, don’t leave unless you get it in writing.
